Dr Lopamudra Priyadarshini is currently the AGM, CSR & Human Resources with Sonalika Group, ITL. She also heads their Corporate Communication activities. She has done a plethora of work at her current post with several initiatives relating to design innovations, communications, knowledge sharing, project implementation and so much more. Prior to joining Sonalika, Lopamudra has worked with brands both in India and abroad. She was also the HR and CSR consultant and an International Business Development with clients in Greece and Italy. Lopamudra is a specialist in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) along with Human Resource Management and has truly climbed the success leader, starting right from being in waiter in Food and Beverage Operation in Oberoi Bhubaneswar to Sales Executive in MGM Chennai to being the Vice President for Texnokat Group, a giant in manufacturing industry of Europe. During her stint with the Texnokat Group, she introduced new business avenues in the Indian and Middle Eastern markets. She was instrumental in formulating HR strategies in compliance with the EU employment law and policies. Lopamudra also guided and monitored global HR and administrative functions of the organisation.

In addition to this, Lopamudra is a social entrepreneur and cares deeply about our debt to society. She has worked extensively with minority girls of Batala House, Jamia in South East district of Delhi to empower them through educational and vocational training. She has also counselled government school girls in various parts of Delhi/NCR to bring them into the mainframe. She has also been a part of Salaam Balak NGO where she helped the destitute kids on the road side to lead a better life.

Even in her current role, Lopamudra is scaling new heights for the CSR initiative of Sonalika Group. Her ability to multi task and balance business and charity is truly exceptional. During her journey, she has been awarded the Odia Woman of Substance award 2017 by the Intellect. Even her teaching and leadership skills have been recognized vastly as she has been felicitated with the Parampara award for contribution to teaching. Lopamudra is also among the top 25 Sterling CSR Leaders of India. But that is not all. She has also received the Under Living Legend of Odisha youth inspiration award 2017 for Business and Leadership.

Lopamudra has a long trail of academic merit and degrees. She holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology followed by a Masters in Human Resource Management from University of Luton, London. She also holds the Honorary Doctorate in Social Work from the prestigious Common Wealth University. In addition, she is also a licentiate member of charted Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK, she is also a certified Food Service Operations and Computer Applications person. With a skill set that diverse, she truly reflects hard work and the will to never give up.

Driven by integrity and strong ethical principles, Lopamudra is a confident leader with a passion for smart business and community improvement. She has been adept at utilizing network and government liaisons to identify opportunities for community/employee outreach efforts. Her strength lies in exploring and evaluating current and future needs to develop a strong understanding of local issues.

From your support we were able to create impact in the lives of 1200 underprivileged kids. You are truly an inspiration for the people who want to bring change in the society.
